Shipping costs

Shipping rates vary by country and ordersize. During checkout, you’ll see the exact cost before payment. In the Netherlands shipping starts at €4.95.

Delivery time

We believe in slow shopping. We prefer to give the printer time to pack carefully, and the couriers time to deliver thoughtfully.  We also build in room for unforeseen delays—life is never perfect. Netherlands: Within 5 working days. Other EU countries: Varies by destination.

Tracking

You’ll receive a track & trace code via email once your order ships from the printer.

Think twice before buying

Under EU law you have 14 days to change your mind and return your order. To exercise this right, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. You will need your proof of purchase or receipt.

Return costs are at your own expense.
